We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff here were incredibly friendly, always willing to help and make our stay as pleasant as possible. The hotel had working AC and the rooms were clean. The location was also convenient as it was close to restaurants and other attractions. The staff were polite and accommodating.
During my stay, the sewer system couldn't handle the influx of visitors, so there was a horrible smell throughout the hotel. the price of the rooms was extremely high, making it difficult to justify the cost.

During my Christmas stay in this hotel, I enjoyed the comfortable and clean room, with a great AC system that worked perfectly. the hotel also offered excellent TV and WiFi services. the location is perfect with many great restaurants and tourist spots nearby. the staff was very friendly.
Despite this unpleasant detail that was beyond the control of the hotel, everything else was perfect.
